Welcome to ATTISIRE. These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from us through our website.

We have kept these terms straightforward because we want you to know exactly where you stand.

If we discover that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer you a suitable alternative or a refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Where applicable, VAT will be shown as part of the price or clearly identified before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless we have agreed different payment terms with you in writing.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted and/or dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraud, significant pricing errors or stock availability issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have specifically agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

For larger or bulk orders, delivery arrangements may be agreed separately with the customer.

6. Returns and cancellations

Online consumer purchases

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within the required timeframe.

Unless the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your legal rights, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law allows.

We will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any legal rights you have as a consumer.

7. Products damaged or used by the customer

We want you to be happy with your ATTISIRE purchase, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by the customer's actions, misuse, negligence or improper use of a product.

Examples may include:

• Punctures caused by sharp objects
• Damage caused by inappropriate surfaces or conditions
• Cuts, tears or deliberate damage
• Damage caused by incorrect inflation or handling
• Damage caused by attempted repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by using the product for a purpose for which it was not designed
• Damage caused after the product has been altered by the customer

Where a product has been damaged through the customer's actions, ATTISIRE may refuse a refund, replacement or other remedy to the extent permitted by law.

However, this does not affect your legal rights where the product was already faulty, defective or otherwise failed to meet the legal standards applicable when supplied.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before attempting to repair or modify it.

8. Faulty or incorrect products

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Your name
• A description of the issue
• Photographs or video where appropriate

We may ask you to return the product so that we can inspect it.

If the product is found to be faulty or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, we will provide the appropriate remedy required by law.

9. Returns condition

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care.

Where you exercise a legal cancellation right, you may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would be able to examine them in a shop.

Where a product has been unnecessarily used or damaged beyond this, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Bulk and business orders

If you purchase products on behalf of a football club, academy, school, business or other organisation, different terms may apply depending on the order and the agreement reached between us.

For larger orders, we may provide a separate quotation setting out:

• Any agreed cancellation or return arrangements

Once a bespoke quotation has been accepted, the agreed terms will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.

ATTISIRE is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification or use outside the intended purpose of the product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

All ATTISIRE branding, logos, photography, written content, graphics and other original website materials belong to ATTISIRE or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use our branding or website content without our written permission.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors.

Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
